We partner closely with teams including Benefits, Payroll Operations, Equity Administration, Talent, the Compensation Team, Financial Reporting, and Technical Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. We operate in a fast-paced environment supporting an accelerated close schedule, requiring strong collaboration and attention to detail. This role offers exposure to a broad range of accounting processes and cross-functional partnerships within a global organization.

The Difference You Will Make: Airbnb is looking for a highly qualified Total Compensation Accountant to join the Global Compensation Accounting team supporting Airbnb’s rapid and sustained global growth. The candidate will be responsible for reconciling and analyzing payroll related balance sheet and P&L accounts and ensuring transactions are processed and reported in the company’s financial system. The ideal candidate will have outstanding problem solving skills and enjoys working in a challenging and fast–paced, high-growth environment.
