About the Role As the Director, Head of Creative, you will shape and scale our global creative strategy, leading a high-performing team to deliver compelling, community-focused brand experiences. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive innovation, optimize creative operations through scalable, AI-assisted processes, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across global markets.

This role requires a data-driven approach to strategy, a passion for fostering an inclusive team culture, and the ability to champion creative initiatives that raise the quality bar, while resonating with our diverse community of streamers and viewers. You can work from San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; or New York, NY.
